GROWTH OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS
My research interest is in novel growth approaches of energy and environmental materials. These are mainly based on silicon carbide and sublimation growth. Recent materials include fluorescent silicon carbide for new white LED, cubic silicon carbide for photovoltaic and hydrogen generation by water splitting, and graphene on silicon carbide.
